If these areas of study interest you, you may want to consider designating Natural Sciences (Block 2) as your major.
Upon entering the University College with coursework from the disciplines listed below, you may be able to count hours toward fulfilling the Bachelor of General Studies degree requirements. If you meet pre-requisite, co-requisite and University catalog requirements for further studies in the Natural Sciences, you may continue to take courses in these areas towards a major in Natural Sciences. Natural Sciences Enrichment
If you choose Natural Sciences as one of your areas of Enrichment, you will complete 12 hours at 100-400 level. You may then decide if you want to designate Natural Sciences as your major.
Majoring in the Natural Sciences will prepare you for entrance into many rewarding and competitive professions.
